Development of a web-based quote generator for UTAs
We are making progress on the development of a web-based quote generator integrated into our website, focused on Air Handling Units (AHUs), as a result of the collaborative effort between Marketing, CIDIC, and Engineering. This tool will enable us to provide basic technical information and standardize models efficiently.
This tool aims to reduce quotation times, improve the customer experience, and optimize the work of the sales and engineering teams, while also strengthening our digital presence and online customer service.
Standardization and improvement of retail locations
A nationwide initiative to standardize and improve retail locations is underway, led by the Marketing Department and CIDIC, with the goal of optimizing the display of key products to drive sales.
This initiative aims to ensure visual and commercial consistency across all locations, reinforce the Confortfresh brand identity, and enhance the customer experience, thereby strengthening the perception of the brand’s professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness nationwide.
Certification of the R&D&I Center (CIDIC)
The company is currently working with the Autonomous University to obtain certification for its Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D&I) Center, with the aim of formalizing innovation processes and strengthening this culture within the organization.
This process will provide access to support programs and benefits associated with innovation, in addition to positioning Confortfresh as a company with certified technical capabilities in R&D&I, thereby consolidating innovation as a strategic pillar of growth.
AHRI certification for coils
The technical and documentation process for AHRI certification of industrial coils is currently underway, a significant milestone that strengthens the company’s quality strategy and market position within the HVAC sector.
This process aims to bring the products into compliance with international standards, ensuring higher levels of reliability, performance, and technical traceability.
AHRI certification will provide solid technical backing for both domestic and international customers, increasing confidence in the product portfolio.
The Marketing Department spearheaded the certification process, integrating it into the commercial and brand positioning strategy. Additionally, this certification will contribute to increased commercial competitiveness, facilitate access to new markets, and strengthen the Confortfresh brand as a manufacturer of high technical caliber, committed to quality, innovation, and industry best practices.
Progress on the new production and logistics facility
Currently, the designs for the new production and logistics facility—conceived as an infrastructure—are being finalized:
- Larger, more modern, and more efficient.

- Aligned with goals for expansion, operational improvement, and industrial strengthening.

Competition and RFP for a sustainable manufacturing facility
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we plan to hold a competition and open call for proposals for the design and development of a sustainable facility.
This process aims to:
- Incorporate energy efficiency and environmental sustainability criteria.
- Invite suppliers, designers, and external partners to participate.
- Promote open innovation and industry best practices.
- Make the new plant a benchmark for industrial sustainability.
Strategic training programs
The Marketing department is currently forging strategic partnerships with universities and academic institutions with the aim of developing specialized training programs that will increase Confortfresh’s visibility and strengthen its position as a technical partner in the sector.
These training programs will have a multifaceted approach, targeting not only engineers and technicians in the HVACR sector but also key players in the construction ecosystem, such as civil engineers, architects, and professionals involved in large-scale public and private projects in Colombia.
The initiative aims to position Confortfresh as a technical and strategic partner in high-impact projects, build relationships with decision-makers, and strengthen the brand through applied expertise. It will also open up new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, and urban development projects.

Confortfresh is part of “Mi mercado popular”
Confortfresh is part of Mi Mercado Popular, a platform created by Colombia Compra Eficiente (CCE) and integrated into the Colombian Government’s Online Store, which aims to strengthen and democratize business participation in public procurement processes.
This partnership was achieved thanks to the efforts of the Marketing Department, which led the registration and institutional coordination process as part of the company’s positioning and commercial diversification strategy.
Participation in this platform facilitates access to government contracting opportunities in a more agile and transparent manner, expands sales channels, and strengthens Confortfresh’s institutional presence within the public market.
Furthermore, this initiative aligns the company with public market democratization policies, reaffirming its commitment to transparency, competitiveness, and sustainable growth.
